24 December 2022, CPCR and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, conduct a workshop of ‘a Communicator for Ending Violence against Children’ for 64 university students. It is the first media production training and CPCR invites Dr. Parichawan Chansiri, a Child & Adolescent Psychiatriat from King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital,

to give a lecture of risk factors and health consequences of physical and emotional violence against and how to protect children. When students understand the negative impacts, they are able to spread the ‘Stop Violence against Children’ campaign to other people in the community. At the end of the workshop, students share that they work with their friends and choose topics that they want to communicate in the society. They will develop their campaign and present it to CPCR team in the future.

This activity is part of CPCR project ‘End Violence against Children in Thailand and ASEAN’ which is supported by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and terre des Hommes Germany.
